Our arrival at the resort was quite challenging due to some mix-ups and poor navigation in the park, but once we settled in, we found nice spacious sites and appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. While the amenities could use some improvement, particularly in cleanliness, it ended up being a decent experience overall. We enjoyed our time and are considering returning for more adventures.
The site we finally settled into was nice and spacious, but the weeds around it needed trimming.
While our initial interaction was frustrating, a staff member in a golf cart really helped us find our site quickly, which was a relief.
The park layout was confusing initially, making it tough to find available sites.
I expected more from the amenities given the price we paid, particularly in terms of site maintenance.

The campground has two distinct areas, with the upper section offering well-maintained full hook-up sites that are quite nice, while the lower section with water and electric only sites leaves much to be desired. The staff was incredibly helpful, and we enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, but challenges with site availability and unlevel spots made it less convenient. Overall, it has great potential, especially if you can snag a spot in the upper section.
The sites in the upper section are level and well-maintained; however, the lower section was unlevel and could be messy.
The staff was very accommodating, particularly when we needed help with our RV tanks.
The location near the river is beautiful, but finding a suitable site can be hit or miss.
The indoor pool was nice, but there were some issues with the availability of amenities and Wi-Fi.

I had a great experience at this RV park! The sites were spacious and level, which made setting up easy. The staff went above and beyond to help us, and the nearby metro system was super convenient for exploring Washington DC. However, it would have been nice to have more information about the park's amenities and activities available, as it felt a little overwhelming at first due to its size.
The sites we were given were very spacious and level, making our stay very comfortable.
The staff were incredible and really went out of their way to accommodate us, which made a big difference during our stay.
The park's proximity to the metro system was a real plus, making it easy to visit the city without hassle.
The park had good Wi-Fi and well-maintained facilities, although more signage about the buildings and their purposes would have been helpful.

We had a fantastic time at the campground! The grounds were well-kept, and the activities like the pumpkin carving and haunted trail made our Halloween weekend so much fun. The pool areas and planned events for families were highlights, but we did notice an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms. Overall, it's a great place for family fun with friendly people, but the bathroom odor could be improved.
We stayed in a site with only water and electric, so there wasn't much in terms of actual 'rooms', but the overall setup was tidy.
The service was exceptional; staff went above and beyond to help us out, especially when we needed our tanks drained.
The location was ideal for camping activities and close to the Conestoga River for kayaking and tubing.
The facilities, including the grocery store and pool areas, were very good; the heated bathrooms were a nice touch.

I had a fantastic experience at this campground! The location is beautiful, especially along the riverside, where we enjoyed floating on tubes in the 'lazy river.' The campground itself was clean and welcoming, with fellow campers being respectful and considerate. While the dirt access road left my truck a bit dusty, it didn't overshadow our enjoyable stay. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for a relaxing getaway!
